This policy is applicable only for the information Scan&Send gathers via its Mobile Application ("app") which is available on Google Play store and the App Store belonging to Apple Inc. ("iStore"), and not from any other electronic or non-electronic medium.

The term data in this context stands for personal details, device information, type of operating system or software, hardware details, internet service data, payments, billings and transaction information, and details associated with the files and documents which are scanned by the user with the help of our mobile application. Scan&Send does not collect, process or store digital copies of the files and documents that are saved or downloaded by the user after scanning the same with the help of our mobile application. Scan&Send only seeks permission from its users to access the camera application of their device in order to facilitate and provide its services to the users.

We have the appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect and prevent unauthorized access and to maintain total security of data. These protective measures also look into the sensitivity of the data that we collect, process and store in our app directory, as well as the current state of technology. We abide by the industry standards of protecting user privacy, and deem it our top-most priority besides providing you with a seamless experience of our mobile application.
We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of details due to errors in transmission, or other factors and causes beyond our control.
